Your wedding is one of the most significant milestones in your life. So we understand that you want to make it special - a blessed experience that you will always remember. Planning your special day can often be stressful, so we want to work with you to make your plans a reality and minimize the stress along the way.

The first step in making sure this happens is to contact our church office 6-9 months in advance to set up a time to meet with our church Wedding Coordinator. She will sit down with you to listen to your wedding plans, review the church policy and fees that we have established, and develop the time-line for everything to fall nicely into place. Below is an initial time-line for 90-120 days prior to the wedding: (members only - please contact the church office for non-members)

• Meet with the Wedding Coordinator to review church policies, fees, etc.
• Check Wedding Date availability with the Office Administrator
• Obtain Pastor's consent to perform the ceremony
• Confirm availability of Sound Technician & Custodian on wedding date
• Establish dates for pre-marital counseling with the Pastor
• Complete Facilities Reservation Form & make 50% deposit
• Begin Pre-marital counseling

As a supporter of the South Florida Healthy Marriage Initiative, we also want to do all we can to successfully launch your marriage relationship, making it strong for the long-haul. Our Marriage Mentors and the pre-marital counseling tools that we utilize are there to help you lay a firm marriage foundation that you can build on. Good communication, conflict resolution skills, and financial management are several of the topics that are covered in-depth during premarital counseling sessions.
