Pastor Carl Joseph is the Assistant Pastor of Worship and Creative Arts.

Carl and his wife Rose-mai ministered for 17 years in their native Haiti before moving to Wellington, Florida. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Huntington University. He is a composer/producer and has recorded over 3000 Christian songs in three different languages. Carl and Rose-mai run the Alabanza Ministries which uses music, television and movie production to share the Gospel of Christ to Haitians dispersed over four continents.

The Joseph's believe that they have been blessed in a special way with their talent and especially with their four children.

"My goal is to one day hear the words 'Good and faithful servant'", says Carl. "It's not just about what you've been given, but more about what you're able to give back!"
