Randy began his ministry as Lead Pastor at Palms West Alliance in May, 2008. He and his wife, Alicia, are former Alliance missionaries to Uruguay, South America, where they spent several years involved in various church planting and teaching ministries. Randy hails from Kansas City, MO and met Alicia at Washington University – St. Louis. Alicia was born in New York City and grew up in Plainview, Long Island in a Jewish home.


After several years of marriage the Lord saved them through the ministry of Jews for Jesus, and they soon felt a call into full-time Christian service. Both attended Alliance Theological Seminary in New York, and Randy graduated with an MDIV. They moved with their three children to Grand Junction, CO where for 11 years they planted the River of Life Alliance Church, a thriving ministry in western Colorado.


The Lord then moved them into missionary service where they spent one year in Costa Rica to learn Spanish, and then 3 ½ years serving in Uruguay. After returning to the US for home assignment, Alicia obtained a Master of Counseling degree from Denver Seminary. She is now serving as a registered mental health counselor intern in the West Palm Beach area, where she also serves as Administrator of the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors (SFACC).
