Pastor Howard entered the ministry in 1946 at Craigville, IN. He planted and pastored churches in Fort Wayne, IN, and was Alumni-Church Relations Director at Fort Wayne Bible College for seven years. In 1985 he and Ruth moved their family to Florida, where they ministered in five Christian & Missionary Alliance churches, and planted Palms West Alliance Church in 1989. Howard & Ruth have ministered in Haiti, the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Ecuador, Hawaii, and India. He served as pastor of an English-speaking church in Guayaquil, Ecuador from 1989-1991. Howard now serves in various capacities as our Pastor Emeritus.  Ruth makes sure everyone knows they are loved and cared for. You will always see them with a smile on their face!
